My friend bought me a very expensive present for my birthday on 10 May 2017. The shipping costs to the U.K.
Were more than the gift itself and over $100 . Over a month later it was still not received but Victoria Trading did not intervene other than track the item via UPS. The item was correctly addressed but for some reason was not delivered and instead returned to the US. They have refused to re-ship without additional payment and advised the cost of shipping is no-refundable.
"It looks like the address that was put in online was wrong. So unfortunately we would not be able to refund the shipping. We can refund you for the item itself if you would rather us do that then send it back out.
I have listed the address that was put in online." As stated above the address listed was correct. This is the result of 6 weeks of very poor customer service
