Requested to be contacted and received a message from "Andrea" at Victorian Trading to give her my contact info so she can follow up, usually in 24 hours, message stated. One week and counting and no contact after I provided my contact info. Again, not holding my breath.

Spoke to CS 1/11/17 about receiving folding chair for clock. Again, CS was rude and unapologetic for mistake.

Call escalated to manager of call center. I am awaiting response to voice mail because , of course, manager is unavailable.

First item ordered was French pendulum clock for daughters birthday. Birthday was ruined because when she opened the box it had a canvas chair in a bag in it.

Packing slip showed correct item but wrong item was in box. Did they do thus on purpose because I complained about them lying about the rush shipping? I have my suspicions. And the item that was supposed to be next day air?

Never showed. I wish someone in authority at this company would contact me and explain why every order went so horribly wrong.

Ordered 2 items eight days apart. Paid for rush delivery,( 3-4 business days ), for both orders.

First order never shipped in time and when I called they lied and said it was out of stock and would sho that day. It didn't. Called next day and they lied again guaranteeing shipping that day. It didn't.

Received a week later. They refunded difference between standard and rush shipping. Second item never made rush shipping either. Called on that one and was told it would go out that evening and as it " still falls within rush pentameter" she guaranteed I would get it the following Monday.

It didn't ship. Called once again and was told it was out of stock. Website still shows it's in stock. Said I was tired of being lied to and asked to escalate my call.

Spoke to Christy. I requested that with the 2 orders and the lies I expected them to now overnight it to me. At their expense. She agreed to overnight it Monday as this was a Friday and that inventory had been going on which caused the delay.

Today is Monday. 11:00am eastern time and site shows item is sitting in warehouse. I won't bet on this one getting here by tomorrow as promised. Customer service has no protocol for complaint resolutions and "Beatrix Potter" was one of the rudest cs reps I've ever had such displeasure speaking to.

Save your money. Go elsewhere.

Same issues. Run around on return status.

Such a shame to have to dispute the payment with my credit card provider.

This is not the first issue I've had. Get it together people.
